We know how it is to order something online & have to wait for it to show up--- due to the nature of the occasional storefront orders are processed & ship each Monday + Thursday of the week. 

All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. All orders ship for free on Refined Peddler, just my way of saying thank you for shopping with this small business. If you would like to use another form of shipping or need an order rushed please contact us at refinedpeddler@gmail.com. Extra charges may apply.

International orders are processed with a $50.00 shipping fee & $35.00 shipping fee for Canadian orders 

STOREFRONT RETURNS:

All market + event purchases are considered FINAL SALE. If exceptions are made for a return from a market or event purchase a 15% restock fee will be deducted from refund.

The Refined Peddler wants you to love everything you purchase, because when we do not reaaaaly love something, it just hangs in our closet. We have all been there. So, I want to make returns as easy as possible. 

Due to the nature of our Morton location being open one day a week, our time frame for returns on purchases made in store is 30 days from date of purchase on all regular priced item. After 30 days, all sales are considered final. No store credit, no exceptions.

Sale and vintage items are considered final sale at the date of purchase. 

All items must be returned to the storefront in new condition with tags attached, unwashed, unaltered, free of make-up, deodorant, stains and odors. 

Three returns per customer allowed each calendar year, after which only store credit will be given within the 30-day return period. 

Small Business Saturday purchases that receive a promo, the price of the promotion will be deducted from return values. 

ONLINE RETURNS:

Returned items must be received back within 14 days of the original ship date (noted on your shipping conformation email). After 14 days, returns will no longer be excepted. Should you return an item after 14 days, no credit will be issued & a $10 return shipping fee will be incurred.

All sale (items that have been marked down from original price) accessories, & "all items marked vintage" are final sale

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refined Peddler is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Items must be returned in new condition with tags attached. Items must be unwashed, unaltered, free of make-up, deodorant, stains, & odors.

Items which have been damaged during the laundering process such as shrinking, stretching, snags, or pilling will not be eligible for returns. Please follow each garment's washing procedures.

Due to order volumes we are unable to guarantee exchange sizes. It is in your best interest to select & order your new size (if available) & simply ship back the return of the old item within our 14 return policy. 

We take pride in our apparel, however if you believe you have received a damaged item please contact us right away. Email images of the damages to refinedpeddler@gmail.com along with your order number & contact information. 

If packages are lost Refined Peddler is not held responsible for the value of the items inside either on the way to the customer or if the customer is mailing back a return.
